LULAC District XXI is a grass roots organization dedicated to serve the community and advocate for civil rights, increase educational opportunities, immigration issues, and leadership and unequivocally will state any discrimination or unfair treatment in the work force or housing.  Bilingual information and assistance is available at our district office.
